About the Company:
We’re a small experienced team that has been providing online application services to businesses for over eleven years. Solve360 is our most recent product. We have a large customer base and references are available. We operate within our means and are not going anywhere. We are beholden to no-one except our customers. We own and operate our own hosting infrastructure. We’ve seen fads come and go, record economic highs and lows, none of that seems to affect our business much. We love what we do.
Our Business Like many of our customers, we’re a small business by choice. Our staff have successfully done their time in large companies, and concluded for various reasons that bigger isn’t necessarily better. We share a simple set of business and personal values – create quality products that are easy to use, continually earn the right to stay in business by solving our customers’ problems, and take the path we believe is right, even if it’s obviously not going to be easy.
We started building our first generation Solve360 product – because we knew from our own experiences that businesses were getting worked over by the large software vendors, and wasting huge amounts of time and money on poorly conceived and developed desktop apps and servers. We built a business plan and a product road-map, picked our cubicles and got to work.
Less than a year later the 2000-2001 Internet meltdown happened, taking out the VC-funded, kiddie-CEO managed shams that deserved to die, and a few good companies with great ideas that got caught up in the frenzy. Fortunately, we were entirely self-funded (in fact, we’ve never taken a nickel of outside investment) and by that time we had built a large enough base of loyal paying customers to keep the operation running smoothly and the dream alive.
Fast forward to 2006/2007, and suddenly what we’ve been doing for our customers for years is “discovered” by VCs and the media, renamed SaaS (Software as a Service), Web 2.0, then Cloud Computing and the sector is on fire again. While we’re always at the leading edge of Internet application development, fashionable labels such as Web 2.0 don’t do us or our service justice. When well meaning folk attempt to label us, we counter that while we do deliver software as a service, we believe we are best characterized as a technology centered company with traditional business values that is obsessive about delivering real value to our customers.
As nice as it is to have made the right call on where the software market is headed, nothing has fundamentally changed for us or our users. We know it all comes down to basic needs for businesses; they want their complex problems solved with software that’s simple to use, inexpensive and utterly reliable. After eight years faithfully serving thousands of customers worldwide, we figure we got a good chunk of the solution figured out, and with the new generation of the Solve360 product now online we’ll continue developing out the functionality that our customers tell us they want and need.
It was a result of listening to our customers that Solve360 has evolved the way it has. The newest generation takes a fresh and innovative approach to enabling users to organize, manage, and service their clients, consolidate information, distribute workload, and automate activities – in short, to get things done.
About the Product:
A modern Cloud CRM with features to manage projects
Many clients. Endless activity. Solve360.
We help you manage your client interactions and keep everyone coordinated If you work with people you manage a lot of information. This work consumes most of your time and creates little value for your clients. Coordinated teams spend far less time “communicating” and more time planning and doing the right things. Imagine the benefits you’ll realize supported by a simple, client-focused system. Discover how the Solve360 CRM will make a huge impact to your bottom line. Oh, and the best part is your team will actually use it.
Reach out to your clients Solve360 blends the concepts of CRM and Project Blogs into a private, versatile hub where sales, support, operations and clients team up and stay coordinated. Securely publish individual Project Blogs to anyone with an email address so they can stay up-to-date and collaborate with your team on specific projects.
Every contact and project gets its own simple page If you’ve mastered the art of using a whiteboard we’ll get along great because Solve360 keeps everything known about a contact or project on a single page. On that page your team gathers around what’s happened, documents a plan and manages the events, tasks and milestones that are promised.
See things your way What makes Solve360 distinctive is the ability to change the database form fields with a simple drag and drop; now you see the information in a way that makes the perfect sense for your business.
Bring it together It’s the tool that helps managers supervise the entire process, improving the precision of the business information and the communication between people working together on one or more projects. With all relevant records in one place, Solve360 keeps your various teams organized and in-sync with what the priorities are.
A well-designed CRM database for working with people and processes Get your everyday work done faster. Maintain a journal for all the people you do business with. Manage work activities on a private Project Blog where you can whiteboard your tasks, events, files, notes, maps, websites, photos, calls. The real-time Activities page provides at-a-glance access to what your company is working on, what needs to get done and who is doing it.
Exciting and useful integration with Google Apps
Amazing things can happen when people work together; the same applies when your business applications do too. Solve360 provides more useful points of integration with Google Apps than any other CRM out there.
Renowned integrations with other applications Solve360 is pre-integrated with other leading business applications such as Xero (online accounting), Zendesk (help desk), Freshbooks (invoicing), Constant Contact & MailChimp (email campaigns), RingCentral (office phone) and Wufoo (online forms).
Substance meets style Solve360’s look, inspired by easy-to-use systems like Google Apps and Mac OS X, while being familiar to Mac and PC users alike is a powerful organizing tool for any type of user.
What could you do with the power of 2.0? A fresh Web 2.0 approach shifts office work from a disjointed file / email exchange to one that’s much more connected, contextual and collaborative. It’s also easier and enjoyable. People working on the same CRM system are connected and understand when, what and why to engage.
Get started quickly The ease of use that is built into every aspect of Solve360 continues to be praised by customers and industry experts around the world. Being a web application there is no software to install and setup, you’ll be up and running in a matter of minutes – not hours or days, even if you’ve never used a web application before.
Social integration Automatically manage your contact’s social media network profiles, then use the social “Listening” feature to pull in what your client is saying on LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ & Facebook and presents them together in a single timeline.
Hub out the calendar of events and tasks Manage your schedule with Solve360’s own calendar, or subscribe to the Solve360 calendar feed from an existing calendar such as Outlook or Apple’s iCal. Of course if you’re a Google user you can use our free two-way calendar sync feature.
Don’t be fooled by our good looks We do an amazing job at the heavy lifting too. Try out the simple search panel, which by default searches all fields and all activities (even your custom ones); no matter how much data you have the answer is instant. You can now find that needle in a field of haystacks.
