Soffront Software was founded in 1992, by Manu Das. We introduced our customer service software in 1993 – one of the first of its kind. Over the years, during CRM’s nascent period, we pioneered a complete CRM solution for all departments including sales, marketing, customer service, IT and engineering.
We introduced many technology innovations that were unique at that time including drag and drop screen and workflow designers, many-to-many relations, unique reporting, and flexible dashboards.
