- Our ECSWEB system is a stand-alone Customer Relationship Management system in its own right, but also a platform for developing complex solutions applying to real-world enterprise challenges. The design of our system is customer-centric, with the benefit of providing a closed-loop view of the customer from initial inquiry through acquisition and continued relationship. We capture key metrics and supply detailed drill-down reports based on sales teams’ revenues (expected and actual), providing valuable information to measure marketing efficacy.
- The customer-facing corrolary to the ECSWEB system is our Customer Engagement Platform. This application combines a content management system allowing customer registration and login with Plugins used to extend (or customize) business processes linking you with your customers. This fantastic technology allows rapid development of collaborative applications to deliver a winning customer experience.
- Our integration platform is comprised of 2 main modules – the web services application, and our ESB integration platform. Use web services to remotely add Accounts, Contacts and Leads into the system. Use the ESB to trap CRM events (account saved, user logged in, etc) and trigger workflows based on rules. Our integration platform can link in your legacy systems seamlessly, allowing ECS to become the system of record for your enterprise.
