Accessible via the App or through our web interface, SeedCRM allows you to; store your Business Contacts so you and your team can have cloud access to it, leave notes for each Business Contact from you and your team, manage their documents, set callback reminders via PUSH messaging to your mobile device, rate and establish a “potential business value” for each Business Contact, create up to 10 additional custom fields, and a Team Files area which allows you and your team private cloud access to your documents,. SeedCRM is as scalable as you require as you may add as many sales staff accounts as you wish to contribute to your CRM!

- Add/Manage/Search/Rate your Business Contacts.
- When you sign up, your initial account will be your “Admin” account, you may then add as many CRM Team Members (Staff) accounts that you need. Your CRM team Members may then contribute to your CRM.
- Ability to Add/Manage/Search/View notes for your Business Contacts. You and your CRM Team Members will know the status of each Business Contact in real time!
- Ability to Add/Manage Documents into each of your Business Contacts files! Upload any file that is important to each of your Business Contacts and it will be accessible by all your CRM team Members!
- A “Rating” area whereby you may rate each of your business contacts by category (“Hot” Lead, “Medium” lead, “Cold” Lead) and by potential business value. You may also search by these categories.
- A “Team Files” area whereby you and you team may have private cloud access to your team documents.
- A “Nearby Contacts” area where you and your sales team can see your Business Contacts displayed in a map view. You can also retrieve quick GPS turn by turn driving directions to your Business Contacts.
- A built-in Reminder feature whereby you and your CRM Team Members may set reminders for any Business Contact. You will be notified of any reminder/s 15 minutes prior via email and PUSH Message to your device (PUSH Messaging only sends to those CRM Team Members who have accessed the CRM via the App at least once).
- Email Broadcast feature whereby you and your team may broadcast out emails to your Business Contacts. The emails will appear as if it came from [email protected]
- Ability to add up to additional custom fields for your Business Contacts (In addition to the fields that already come with SeedCRM).
- Accessibility controls to manage the online access of your CRM Team Members.
- Ability to use voice controls to dictate notes into any business contacts contained within your CRM (no more typing!).
- Ability to send PUSH Broadcast Messages to your CRM Team Members. (CRM Team members must have accessed the CRM at least once through the App to be able to receive PUSH Messaging).
