About the Company:
Steve Youngblood, Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer, developed the concept for Salestrakr in 2007. The company was founded and the product launched in early 2008. The business has grown and the product is now in use throughout North America, the UK, Australia and SE Asia.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in the software world. He has worked in product management, sales and even finance. Steve does Salestrakr’s tax returns, answers most support calls personally and is the company’s key marketing and sales lead.
Prior to Salestrakr, Steve was the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Infoweapons. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida

Simply Powerful CRM
Designed for team use, Salestrakr includes a calendar, task lists, sales tracking, and a complete contact manager. Organize contacts using tags, groups and categories. You can upload files and photos. Group emails are easy to send and are personalized with merge fields. An email dropbox makes it simple to integrate with existing email solutions. Marketing automation, webforms and review reminders are part of a powerful marketing automation capability.
The program provides straightforward import capability from a number of other contact managers and email programs.

The Business Card
The Salestrakr business card gives you a complete view of everything you know about a contact so that you easily can keep track of the people, companies and other organizations that you do business with. And to make changes, just click on the field, make your change and your’re done.
Your Sales Pipeline
Use Salestrakr to enter, track and measure your sales opportunities. You determine your pipeline stages. You can even define drip marketing based on those pipeline stages. And each sales opportunity is uniquely linked to a contact or account allowing to know your “position” with a contact in Salestrakr.
Salestrakr lets you easily track customer emails from any email tool with a simple “BCC” to a Salestrakr dropbox. Salestrakr’s dropbox associates your email with the right contact or account and places it in the history of that contact or account.
Create an unlimited number of custom data fields. Custom data can be text, a checkbox, a date, currency, a number, a URL, a phone number, an additional email address or even a list of dropdown items.
