We did 🙂 Our founder, Dmitri Eroshenko, started Relenta as a side project at Clicklab, our sister company. The idea was to take several different types of software that our team used regularly and distill them into one single program. We thought an all-in-one email/CRM/group calendar/mailing list management/task management app might help reduce busywork.
As it turned out, by interlinking all communication activity (including email messages, call notes, reminders, follow ups, tasks, voice mails, meeting transcripts) between our team and each customer, and making the whole set of information available to all employees who interact with any given account, we found ourselves getting twice as much done in half the time. You can share generic aliases such as [email protected] or [email protected] across multiple users. Now everyone can see at a glance which inquiries have been responded to, and which still need to be addressed.
Organize information the way you like
Outlook has folders, Gmail has labels, Relenta has both! You can file messages in folders and/or label them with shared or private tags.
Say good-bye to busy work
You can create rules to filter and sort incoming email, so that messages are automatically assigned to specific queues, users, teams, or contacts. You can also create a shared library of canned responses to reduce workload and ensure consistency. You can even set up conditional auto-responders so inquiries meeting specified criteria instantly trigger appropriate pre-written responses.
