InStream was created for people like you and for companies like yours. It helps improve sales, daily communication with the customers, service and customer support. The system supports building strong business relationships with business partners and the market.
Every day you receive a lot of e-mails and phone calls from different people from outside the company. Your co-workers and customers also communicate with you the same way. For sure you take care of high-quality communication and strong relationships between employees and customers. Despite the good intentions we know how hard it is to control the whole communication. InStream is an elastic CRM. Create any lists and manage sales processes according to your individual needs.

Mailbox integration
You can fully integrate your InStream account with your mailbox so all your incoming and outgoing correspondence will be stored inside the platform. You don’t need to copy your clients’ data and duplicate your work – InStream will do it for you! After the registration process your contacts will be downoladed automatically from your email account and from then on the system will monitor the whole communication history.
InStream enables automatic integration with selected mailboxes: Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, FastMail, Inbox, Mail.com. If you use other mailbox – it is also possible to integrate it manually through IMAP.
Intelligent hints
InStream is not another CRM which only lets you gather your contacts – it also gives you hints on how to communicate with customers and manage your sales processes.
InStream will show you valuable customer information such as last communication date or inactive days and help you treat your customers with special care.
