About the Product:
Hold-Free supplies the iFrame or hyperlink for your site and hosts the forms and drop-down menus. You define the business rules to determine when to offer the intelligent callback option and what information you want to pass to the agent to facilitate a richer, more successful interaction.
Callback option for customers who have dialed your Toll-Free number and encounter hold time. Business rules determine when to invoke the callback option (most customers appreciate the option when hold time exceeds 3-5 minutes). No integration with enterprise ACD is required to queue the call via the Hold-Free platform. Q-Free facilitates the callback to the customer and prepares the agent for the call with whisper coaching and/or screen data.
Improve adoption and usage of your app by adding customer service into the Smartphone experience. Leverage the visual interface to offer dynamic menu choices, scheduling options, and to display estimated wait time. You will notice better utilization of self-service, fewer misdirected calls, and better ratings in the app stores. We supply lightweight widgets to embed in your iPhone and Android apps or you can use our APIs to create your own applications.
