The Contact Manager provides Client & Contact Profiling and a To Do/Tickler facility. The Contact Manager also provides administrative tools to setup users, define security profiles, drop lists values, and the bank’s organization structure for reporting.
The Business Development Module assists your organization with sales, marketing, contact management, and sales force automation, improving calling officer and relationship manager productivity and efficiency. The Business Development Module includes Call Reporting, Pipeline Management, and Referral Tracking.
