Driven Enterprise offers a Real-Time Integration with QuickBooks 2009+ Pro, Premier, and Enterprise to give your business the extended functionality you need. Driven Enterprise – In order for Driven InfoLink to communicate to QuickBooks data files, it must communicate with a copy of QuickBooks on the local machine. This will use one (1) license of QuickBooks on your network as Driven CRM users request and post data. This license is used only as needed but should remain a dedicated license for the Driven-CRM InfoLink module. InfoLink requires one (1) license of QuickBooks Pro and Premier be dedicated on your network to Driven CRM to ensure users are able to request and post data. QB Enterprise does not require a dedicated QB license.
Driven Pro – Driven Pro and QuickBooks connect through the Intuit® provided module RDS Server and RDS Client for QuickBooks. Using this method, you would install the RDS Server on a networked computer that already has a copy of QuickBooks installed, and activate the RDS Client on the Driven-CRM server which will point to the RDS Server computer running QuickBooks. This method has the disadvantage that if the networked computer is shutdown or rebooted, Driven-CRM InfoLink will fail to connect and generate errors. It is recommended if possible that a dedicated QuickBooks licensed version be installed on the Driven-CRM service for InfoLink communications
