This review is undergoing a major update for the new release!
The company has announced a release date of late December for a new enhanced version of the CRM solution. Commence is one of the few CRM software providers that enables customers to deploy applications for sales management, marketing and customer service on premise or in the cloud. The new version RM 6.0 is designed for desktop deployment at this time.
Version RM 6.0 will include both platform and functional enhancements. First, it will support future updates of Windows 10 and Microsoft’s new Office 2016 product due out later this year. This will ensure that the CRM software remains compatibility with Microsoft’s enhanced desktop environment while protecting Commence customer’s investment in their software.
Functional enhancements, will include additional integration with third party software applications such as; MailChimp and Constant Contact, two popular e-mail marketing programs. This will allow users of Commence CRM to create marketing campaigns and send bulk e-mail to both prospects and customers. Reporting of the success of each campaign will be available within the third party applications.
Version RM 6.0 will also introduce integration with cloud file storing systems such as Google Drive, Microsoft 1 Drive and Drop Box. This will enable Commence customers to store and access files directly in the cloud instead of storing files locally on in-house servers. This makes it easier to access these files anytime and from any device.
