Process we follow
Big or small projects, we do extensive study of business requirements of our customer, followed by system design, then break up entire application into small tasks, prepare a realistic time-bound schedule, develop & do thorough testing before hand over to customer to conduct User Acceptance Test.
Below are the 4-phases.
The project is initiated with investigating goal of the project keeping customers business needs. Considering the challenges our customer is having taking the intended audience into account we build the scope of the application in terms of a business proposal.
2. Design & Planning
During this phase, the specific tasks are determined based on the scope of the work and the application design. We create sample web/mobile user interfaces for clarity of understanding. As part of this phase we chalk out a detailed plan describing ‘what’ will be accomplished ‘when’ and the ‘time’ required for each of the tasks.
Based on the high level design, the detailed designs of web/mobile pages are done with implementation of code to execute the application functionality. While the project is being built we make sure to conduct unit tastings on each small piece of the building blocks. With constant integration of individual modules we undertake manual as well as automated QA to check the compliance and performance.
The Closure phase is very important as we work very closely with our customers as they start using the system as part of User Acceptance Testing. This process is followed back and forth until customer accepts the application as complete in a pre-defined time frame.
