The Team
X2Engine Inc. was founded in 2011 by John Roberts, an open-source CRM developer and entrepreneur. Prior to founding X2Engine, John was a co-founder and CEO of SugarCRM Inc. John has more than 20 years experience designing CRM systems starting in the early days (1990s) to today’s state-of-the-art open-source virtual private clouds.
Powered by a veteran team of software engineers/architects and CRM professionals, X2Engine is built on diverse backgrounds, including computer science, math, physics, astrophysics, psychology and international business. It’s the diverse backgrounds within X2Engine that allow us to to not only approach CRM from a completely new and different perspective, but also to provide real value-added support and service to customers.
