Like most people, PolitePersistence founder John Genovese,  uses email a ton. He is also involved in non-profit work. There was a point when he was trying to help an upstart non-profit get off the ground and was manually emailing over 300+ customized emails a month! As you can imagine the response rate for these emails was rather low. Genovese knew that it takes on average three emails to get a response from a contact you haven’t communicated with before.The problem was he didn’t have time to go back and follow up manually with 300 contacts. So he began looking for a tool to help alleviate this issue. All he could find were behemoth email marketing tools or ways to set follow up reminders. Genovese wasn’t interested in setting 300 follow up reminders because he would eventually have to manually follow up anyway… hence PolitePersistence™ was born!

PolitePersistence is a great new solution for anyone who is passionate about getting things done and sees email as a tool to help them get there.

PolitePersistence is a Gmail Extension, currently set to roll out for Chrome, that will allow users to set and forget their email follow ups. Given PolitePersistence’s unique tabbed compose screen functionality, users will never have to manually follow up again by email.

PolitePersistence allows your initial and all follow up emails to be composed from the same compose screen. You can set all variables for each of your emails in that specific email string. Once you click “Send and Initiate” then your emails will continually be sent to the recipient until he or she replies or you cancel the emails. When the recipient does finally reply, all future scheduled follow ups are automatically deleted.

The company is currently restructuring their pricing model but you can be rest assured that they are a freemium model and you will be able to download and use PolitePersistence for free (no credit card required) once the solution officially launches.

We are a small group of dedicated marketing and software specialists, based in High Wycombe in the UK – with a desire to deliver the best CRM software to business.

Our system designers and programmers built the open source web site system www.managerpro.net – and made it available free of charge. It is a great system, built on Microsoft SQL database, in Microsoft Visual Studio, and running as dot net applications on load balanced Windows servers – but it is for the developer world really.

A couple of our customers had us develop our existing CRM (we had been using it for about 10 years, and rebuilt it from the ground up twice) so their national field forces could use it. We thought the result was so good, we would make it available at a really low price to everyone. The results are fantastic.

We upgrade and update all systems about once a month, and as we add new functionality this is added for free into everyone’s system.

There are two discrete software tools built into INK.

Sales Pursuit Assessment (SPA)

The SPA is a point-in-time qualitative and quantitative tool used by the owners of individual pursuits to understand where they are positioned based on key question areas. The objective is to understand current positioning as a decision making and action-planning tool based on available information and data. As a component of the organization’s formal Sales Process, the SPA gives the team common information at a critical point in the pursuit based on the important question areas: – Will they make change? ANALYSE

The number of “No Decisions” now outpaces both Wins and Losses for most Sales teams.
